SmartMail Supplies Shipping Policy

All shipping of products from SmartMail Supplies is by either UPS Ground or by the US Postal Service, and takes between three and five days. Where Free Shipping is offered it will always be one of these; if customer has a preference it should be stated at the time of the order.

UPS will NOT deliver to a PO Box so by default this will be the US Postal Service.

Expedited shipping is done through UPS and is subject to charge. It is SmartMail policy to charge for, not profit from, the cost of overnight or other expedited service. To minimize customer expense, large expedited-service orders may be split, so that only the smaller expedited part carries a shipping charge.

Free Shipping is currently offered on all prepaid and credit card orders, however small, and all orders over $200 in total, whether prepaid or on account. This is subject to change without notice.

Orders accepted by 1:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day; all other accepted orders will ship the following business day.
